Facts.

The Downtown Chicago Sales Group approached +WeCreate wanting a new sales brochure. But with 5 (now 6) hotels, 3 (now 6) restaurants, and 5,000 sq, ft. of renovated meetingspace scattered over 12 city blocks in competitive downtown Chicago, a brochure wasn’t going to cut it. To meet its overall goal of increasing group sales, the disparate properties needed a cohesive brand, strongly differentiated.
